Delivery and Refund Policy
For online payments, the payment information will be processed within minutes and your account will be activated. After account activation, when you log into Nimbus, the ‘account expiry‘ message will not be there.
For payment methods like bank transfers or easy paisa, you will share the payment receipt with the sales/accounts department. The account will be activated usually within an hour after receiving the payment information. If the payment details are shared during weekends, the account activation may take a day or so.
If your account is not activated after the payment, please contact our accounts/sales department.
The activated Nimbus RMS account does not show an account expiry reminder on the application. So, if your payment is processed, you should not see that reminder. Your account information appears in your profile settings under the Nimbus Payment section.
Refund Policy
Our customers are important to us, and we are committed to providing products that come up to their expectations. To help our customers in making informed decisions, we provide a fully functional trial version of Nimbus RMS that remains free for 14 days. No credit card is required to use the trial version.
We request all our customers to try out Nimbus RMS to make sure it meets all their business requirements.
